What is a Headshot?

A headshot is a photograph used by actors and models in order to get them work.

Headshots are 8 x 10 prints of the performer where the face is clearly shown. Not necessarily is the image of just the head, images can be 3/4 in length.

The purpose is to have a clear image of the artist. Your headshot may include your name, usually in the bottom right hand corner. It can be in colour or black & white.
